Beginning March 4th 2010, MBA-One students from the Lucas Graduate School of Business will undergo a week-long Global Leadership Laboratory (GLLab) experience with 12 Masters students from Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. In addition to the opportunity for intercultural exchange, the students will be assessed, trained and tested on various global leadership skills. The GLLab, which functions like an assessment center, will be taught by Dr. Joyce Osland, Lucas Endowed Professor of Global Leadership and Executive Director of the Global Leadership Advancement Center. The program will include German and U.S. guest speakers, business panels, and a company visit.
